A 경장은 지난 7월 22일 제주서부경찰서 여자 화장실에 침입했다가 이 경찰서 소속 여경에 의해 적발돼 성범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반 혐의로 입건됐다. A 경장은 “화장실이 급해 들어갔다”, “남자 화장실에 휴지가 없었다”고 해명하며 범행을 부인했다.
