一 |     Dharmendra was one of the biggest superstars of his time. Deemed as the He-man of Bollywood, the actor was known for his enigmatic personality. He breathed his last on November 24 at his Mumbai residence. A couple of years back, the actor got nostalgic as filmmaker Anil Sharma who shot him in multiple films such as Hukumat, Tahalka, and Apne, retweeted a picture from the set of Aadmi Aur Insaan, to which Dharmendra replied saying, "Kahan gaie woh din .... Sweet, isn't     The veteran actor, affectionately known as Bollywood’s He-Man and Dharam Paaji, passed away on November 24 at the age of 89. His passing leaves behind an unmatched legacy of over six decades. The actor, born as Dharmendra Singh Deol, breathed his last at his residence. He was admitted to Breach Candy hospital earlier this month due to respiratory complications.     Dharmendra's passing has sent a wave of sadness across the country, with fans, colleagues, and stars from the industry deeply shocked with the news.           Dharmendra made his debut in 1960 and quickly became a superstar. He was known for his versatility, mastering roles from the romantic hero to the tough action star. His career boasts over 300 films, many of which are considered classics today.     Some of his most memorable performances include the iconic role of Veeru in the cult classic Sholay, as well as memorable performances in Phool Aur Patthar, Seeta Aur Geeta, Chupke Chupke, Dharam Veer, and Pratigya. 三 | 　　报告期内，虽然电力电缆板块销售收入实现稳步增长，但由于电力电缆主要原材料价格维持高位波动以及市场竞争激烈，公司电力电缆毛利率持续承压。公司继续加快市场与产品结构双向调整，收缩低毛利业务，以电力市场为基本盘，重点推进机器人电缆、算力电缆、铝芯电缆等新产品研发，加大新兴市场拓展力度，加快海外市场开拓。　　光通信板块方面，得益于AI智算集群大规模建设、低空经济应用等需求，光纤量价齐升，光纤行业维持高景气行情。公司深挖数据中心、AI算力新赛道客户资源，同时持续拓展海外市场，扩大业务规模，建立长期稳定的战略合作关系。

四 | 　　铜箔板块方面，公司在管理上加强成本控制、提升产品A品率、加快人才梯队建设，研发上重点加快HVLP、RTF等新产品进度，进一步完善产品送样和试用检验，加快市场化推广步伐，不断加强铜箔业务发展动能。　　8月25日，杭电股份股价收涨4.39%，报29.02元/股，最新市值约201亿元。　　6月25日，杭电股份股价创历史新高，最高触及57.21元/股。

五 | 自年初至6月25日，公司股价累计涨幅达609.55%。
